  I love Mucho Gusto, and am so happy to have found this one in Medford. We stop every time we drive through Oregon, and this location givrs us better options for timing. (...And the potential for two meals in the same day!) It has the same great menu and flavors, but with a larger dining room than the Eugene location.
  We arrived at dinner time on Thursday, and the counter was moving quickly. The back chatter between team members indicated that a little leadership was needed, but the service to customers was excellent; professional, courteous and accurate.
  The dining room was clean, well lit and comfortable for friendly conversation at our table.
  We will be back soon!

  The food was fresh and good, grande salad, but the energy level of the staff was low compared to the cheerful way it used to be. I miss the bell ringing and hearing "gracias" now the bell just rings and it's a little odd. The restaurant is clean and the staff is accommodating.
